    Please note that all defective internals must be returned prepaid to the following address within 14 days after receipt of the replacement device: DANSTEP GmbH, Liegnitzer Straße 5, 42489 Wülfrath DANSTEP GmbH will invoice internals that are not returned to DANSTEP GmbH in due time at the individual purchase price of the replacement part. IMPORTANT: Please compare our General Terms and Conditions and/or your signed rental agreement regarding place of performance, possible shipping times and minor repairs. In order to evaluate your claim, we absolutely require a craftsman’s report or sufficient photo documentation, insofar as you cannot come to us with the defective product. DANSTEP GmbH does not assume any costs for third-party service providers (including craftsmen). For this reason, we provide you with the option of sending pictures of the defective product to us for the purpose of claim recognition. Please use this service. If your warranty claim is not acknowledged, DANSTEP GmbH will invoice you for the costs incurred.
